Susan founded The Andrews Agency in 1990 and has played a part in the headlines that put Nashville on the map- from working with country music stars Conway Twitty and Barbara Mandrell to the opening of The Palm Nashville and Opry Mills to the Titans coming to town. Susan excels in creative, strategic planning, media relations, grassroots efforts, crisis communications, and event management. She has previously served as President of the Public Relations Society of America, where she is an accredited member. Susan is currently an advisory board member of the Nashville Ronald McDonald House.

ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

Chandler is creative and detail-oriented. She excels at creating campaigns, and has worked with both local and international brands. Chandler flawlessly executes event planning, and has an extensive background in media relations. Her favorite event to plan to date was the Cannes Pajama Party at the Cannes Film Festival in France. She’s a native to Houston, Texas and has a masters in film from Lipscomb University.
